INCOTERMS, or International Commercial Terms, are a set of standardized trading terms used in international commerce to define the rights and obligations of buyers and sellers involved in the shipment and delivery of goods.
Liner Terms
Liner Terms define who pays port handling costs. Under these terms, the carrier usually covers loading, unloading, or both, depending on whether it is Door-to-Door, Door/Liner out, or Door/container yard etc.
IMO Classes
IMO Classes include dangerous goods such as explosives, gases, flammable liquids, flammable solids, oxidizing substances, toxic materials, radioactive substances, corrosives, and miscellaneous hazardous goods.
Dimensions
Standard containers are fully enclosed and come in several types, including end-door containers, containers with full-length side doors, and containers with both end and side doors. They are available in various sizes and weight capacities to suit different cargo needs.
Bills Of Lading
A bill of lading in shipping is a crucial legal document that serves several key functions. It contains detailed information about the goods being shipped, the origin and destination of the shipment, and the involved parties including the shipper, carrier, and consignee.
Vehicle Title
The car title, a legal document, confirms ownership of a vehicle and provides vital details such as the make, model, VIN, odometer reading, weight class, lienholder info (if financed), and buyer-seller details. Some types of titles are Branded Title, Salvage Title etc.
